Pet March On the State Capitol, 21 March 03

Note to lawmakers that there are more pet lovers than Republicans or Democrats!

 

       Wisconsin Animal Rescue, The Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project, Alliance for Animals and the Humane Society of the United States (Central States Regional Office) held a PET MARCH on THE CAPITOL in Madison, Wisconsin, on Friday, March 21 2003 from noon-1pm in support of the PFL.

       Because of the rainy weather and the start of the war in Iraq, there weren't many marchers, but the several dozen who did attend made their points succinctly!
