These glasses can be etched using Egress Etch stencils. It is more difficult to wrap a stencil around rounded glassware, so glasses with straight sides make the easiest projects. Glasses with steeply angled sides would work best with a simple monogram.

       Not suitable for etching: textured, ribbed, or fluted glass. Also, the composition of Pyrex causes anything made out of that substance to be impervious to chemical etching.
